Welcome to our lovely and spacious cottage set in the Devon countryside. You can expect views of rolling green hills and toys for the children to play in the garden. We hope this page gives you some finer details on the layout, rooms and facilities.

Downstairs
Outside space
As you pass through the iron gate and under the archway of sweet smelling honeysuckle you enter the private courtyard. This south facing spacious area is perfect for summer BBQ’s as we provide a gas BBQ, picnic table and an umbrella.
The conservatory
The conservatory leads into the spacious lounge-diner with wonderful old oak beams and a feature fireplace which enhances the traditional feel of this cottage.
The cottage can sleep up to six people plus a cot if required.
Lounge
The open plan lounge-diner has a large comfy sofa for all the family to relax on. The large smart TV allows you to view the latest TV series and films and is compatible with a variety of apps including BBC iPlayer, Netflix and more.
Dining area
To greet you we provide fresh flowers and a guest information pack on the dining room table. There is enough room for all of the family and we can also provide a highchair if requested. There is also underfloor heating to keep you nice and cosy.
Kitchen
The country kitchen is complete with appliances including a microwave, fridge, freezer, electric cooker and dishwasher. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with all of the cutlery, plates, pot and pans that you might require.
Downstairs bathroom
The largest bathroom is on the ground floor and has been tastefully decorated. It has a bath, shower, wash hand basin, separate toilet and heated towel rail.
Upstairs
The West Bedroom
The west facing bedroom has zip and link beds which allows you to have twin beds or a super king.
It has recently been redecorated and has a new colour scheme. This bedroom has a cute window and views over the courtyard.
There is also a dressing table, bedside table and wardrobe.
The Bumble Bee Bedroom
You will find this twin room through a door which leads off from the master bedroom. This spacious room
has enough room for a cot and has just been redecorated with Joules bedding and local art.
It has views out to the vegetable garden.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom has been decorated in a neutral country style and has a large comfortable king size bed.
There is also a TV with DVD player. In addition, the room has a newly fitted ensuite shower room.
