Welcome to Hele Payne Farm…

Come and slip into the tranquility of rural life in our self-catering accommodation set in the picturesque Devon countryside. A holiday here, is a holiday with that little bit extra which is why we were featured on BBC1’s Holiday Programme.

Our holiday cottage is located mid way between the cathedral city of Exeter and Cullompton and therefore a mere 10 minutes drive from the M5 Junction 28. Our rural setting means that Hele Payne is surrounded by green pastures which enhance a peaceful break. Honeysuckle cottage is comfortable and cosy with all the modern conveniences which has been endorsed by a four star rating. The outdoor heated swimming pool is always popular and combined with the extensive play area we pride ourselves on being extremely child friendly.

Devon is a diverse county with so much to do and as we are located in the heart of the county it is all within easy reach. The sandy beaches of the south coast such as Exmouth are a short drive alternatively head to the north coast beaches such as Woolacombe which are always popular with surfers. The National Trusts’ Killerton House is only a couple of miles away in Broadclyst and Knightshayes Court at Tiverton is also well worth a visit. Families are spoilt for choice but tend to love exploring Diggerland, Quad World and Crealy Adventure Park.
